A rich tradition of generous giving and philanthropic support

A Musical FeastResidents, family members, associates and gracious donors have perpetuated a tradition of generous support for both of our communities. At Life Enriching Communities, we are grateful for every gift we receive because it allows us to continue our mission to enhance adult lifestyles through a philosophy of whole-person well-being that embraces the Christian principles of our United Methodist heritage.

Ways to Give

Charitable gifts are the cornerstone of our ministry, harkening back to our origins when Rev. Dr. Henry C. Weakley, a Methodist minister, recognizing a need to create a home for retired ministers and laity, founded the Methodist Home for the Aged in Yellow Springs.

It continued when Mr. & Mrs. Obed Wilson gifted 20 acres of property that would become Twin Towers in College Hill. That spirit of giving still goes strong today, and your contributions can help us continue our mission.

Gifts can be given in many ways for many reasons:

  • Cash Gifts
  • Securities
  • Retirement Plan Assets Gifts
  • Real Estate Gifts
  • Life Insurance Gifts
  • Bequests
  • Charitable Remainder Trusts
