Scout Peter Dauenhauer earns Eagle Scout with floating flower pots.

Another Eagle Scout Project at LEC

We have been fortunate to be the recipient of multiple Eagle Scout projects over the years. Creative and industrious Scouts have cleared paths, and built shelters, benches and bird houses for us. These additions have enhanced the lives of everyone who lives, works and visits a Life Enriching Communities campus, and we are honored to part of these Eagle Scout journeys.

This summer, Scout Peter Dauenhauer, selected Twin Lakes for his Eagle Scout project. Peter made four floating flower pots for our campus lakes. Each flower pot is 3-feet in diameter, and he has anchored two in the lake on North Campus and two in the lake on Central Campus. These pots are re-usable, and will be filled with flowers each year. Thank you Peter for this lovely addition to our campus!
