LEC Receives Grant to Benefit Aquatic Therapy

Life Enriching Communities Foundation recently received a $15,000 grant from Josephine S. Russell Charitable Trust through PNC Bank, Trustee.  The funds are designated for aqua therapy and will be used to purchase underwater bicycles at both Twin Towers and Twin Lakes for therapy and exercise.

Aquatic bikes offer a safe and low impact way to exercise and provide therapy after an injury or surgery. The benefits are many and include: increased joint flexibility, reduced pain, increased muscle strength, and improved balance.

We are very appreciative of PNC for their understanding and support of the innovative programming we offer to assist residents and patients along their wellness journey.
