Pilates for Healthy Movement Class

This class is designed to unlock joints and muscles, restore balance, stretch, and tone muscles. You will use a foam roller to assist and challenge yourself as you learn the fundamentals of Pilates movements.

Participants can expect to:

  • Gain core strength
  • Improve posture and balance
  • Understand the spinal mechanics used in everyday movements
