Team Members Give Back

There is no question that during the COVID-19 outbreak, we have seen an extraordinary response by you! You give so much of your time and talent every day to serve and be a blessing to our residents and each other. No matter your role, you are making an impact on our organization…and WE THANK YOU!!

Your participation in the 2020 Associate Appeal is a different way to serve, and vital to the mission of the Life Enriching Communities Foundation. Your financial contribution will support various programs within our communities and no gift is too small.

Choose to give in a way that’s meaningful to you.

Benevolent Care Fund

In 2019, more than 1 out of 13 residents received financial assistance because their financial resources had been exhausted. The Benevolent Care Fund helps to ensure residents who have outlived their personal financial resources or experienced a catastrophic event have the ability to remain in their homes, receiving the highest quality care, and remaining a part of the community they love.

Pastoral Care Fund

Full-time Chaplains serve our community through worship services, grief counseling, funeral services, and Bible studies. The Pastoral Care Fund helps ensure the residents of Twin Lakes and Twin Towers, their family members, and associates continue receiving spiritual support and counseling they need.

General Fund

Donations go toward the greatest needs of our residents and associates.

Associate Assistance Fund

This fund supports LEC Associates experiencing financial hardship due to events including, but not limited to, unexpected medical expenses, family emergencies, fires, accidents, etc. For more information, contact Human Resources.

Here are examples of how a gift can truly make a huge impact when we all participate:
