68 residents were able to stay in their homes in our communities, instead of being asked to leave due to a lack of financial resources. That’s more than 1 in 13 residents who’ve benefited from the Benevolent Care Fund.
91 Twin Towers and Twin Lakes Assisted Living residents on Medicaid were able to receive the highest quality nursing care thanks to donations made to the General Fund.
Support & Service
5 chaplains were able to serve the residents, resident family members and associates of Twin Towers and Twin Lakes. They provided daily services, pastoral counseling, Bible studies, funeral services, and hospital visits. All made possible by the Pastoral Care Fund.
The Keys to Wellness: Mind, Body, Spirit program is offered to improve strength and balance, chronic disease management, and improved quality of life through a grant from the Josephine Schell-Russell Charitable Trust, which is managed by the PNC Charitable Trust. Thank you to the Josephine Schell-Russell Charitable Trust and PNC for the grant that provides this program.
2 associates were sent to A Matter of Balance Training in support of the LEC Falls Prevention Program, thanks to a grant from The John and Agnes Brockschmidt Charitable Fund.
Twin Towers will be adding equipment and classes designed to help participants learn more efficient and effective ways to move, resulting in improvements in balance, strength, breathing, coordination, flexibility, cognition, and outlook through a grant from the John and Agnes Brockschmidt Charitable Fund of the Cambridge Charitable Foundation.
