As part of Twin Lakes’ care continuum, Memory Support at Lennard Court provides a secure environment while treating residents with respect, attention, and compassion. Featuring private rooms and baths, each resident has their own personal space. Common areas allow for gatherings and activities while smaller, more intimate areas encourage quiet reflection and casual conversation.

Effective January 1, 2024 the monthly rate for a private residence in Lennard Court begins at $12,480 (priority access is given to Twin Lakes residents).

Three meals daily

CARES® Dementia Trained Staff

CARES® Dementia Training focuses on person-centered care, the changes that happen to thinking skills as dementia progresses, how those changes impact behavior, and how to understand behavior as communication. The clinical staff at Twin Lakes is certified within two weeks of being hired.

Memory Care Cafe

In partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association, we host this monthly event for those experiencing memory loss and a loved one to connect, socialize, and build new support networks.

Support Group

An open support group for those caring for loved ones diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer’s hosted by our Twin Lakes chaplain.

Second Wednesday of each month from 3 pm – 4:30 pm. Offered in person and virtually. RSVP to Tim Crowley at 513-247-1365 or email Tim.crowley@lec.org

Speaker Series

A monthly educational series invites memory care experts and advocates to share resources with caregivers and those interested in understanding dementia.
