Apartment Home pricing varies by size, location, and second person fees. Refundable entrance fees give you more benefits than renting or owning. Starting prices below are effective as of January 1, 2025.

Concord Reserve is a wonderful place to live. When I moved in I felt like it was home right away. The staff is very helpful. We have many activities and occasional outings. The food is fantastic and the chef is very obliging. I have many new and wonderful friends here.

Future Residency Program

Concord Reserve is pleased to offer the Platinum Club, a membership program designed to promote future residency in our Independent Living accommodations of our senior living community. Members of the Platinum Club are given priority to available accommodations after current residents of Concord Reserve.

How to Join

Memberships are available to adults age 55 and older for a partially refundable deposit of $5,000. This deposit will be applied to your entrance fee when you move in. For more information please call 440-961-3682.
