Choose from studio, one, or two-bedroom floor plans with attached garages, full kitchens, sunrooms or screened porches, and access to all the amenities our community has to offer. Apartment Home pricing varies by size, location, and second person fees. Refundable entrance fees give you more benefits than renting or owning.

Future Residency Program

Twin Towers is pleased to offer the Platinum Club, a membership program designed to promote future residency in our Independent Living accommodations in our senior living community. Members of the Platinum Club are given priority to available accommodations after current residents of Twin Towers.

How to Join
