Patio Home Pricing

Patio Home pricing varies by floor plan, location, and occupancy. Choose between standard and 75% refundable entrance fee options—designed to offer flexibility and long-term value beyond traditional renting or owning. Effective March 1, 2026, pricing is as follows:

One-Bedroom

Monthly fee starting at: $5,500
Standard entrance fee: $203,700
75% refundable entrance fee starting at: $357,000
