What does “take occupancy” mean?

Can I receive both one-bedroom benefits?
Yes. The Parkview and Towers main building one-bedroom special includes your first full monthly fee waived AND one entrance-fee discount: $7,500 off the standard entrance fee or $20,000 off the 75% refundable entrance fee. Take occupancy by December 31, 2026, to qualify.
How do the entrance-fee options differ?
