Memory Support
Comprehensive Memory Support Tailored to Each Resident’s Needs
A diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or dementia can be difficult to hear. At Wesley Woods, memory support guides residents and their families through a tailored approach focused on each individual’s needs. You’ll feel confident your family member is receiving quality care with respect, privacy, and attention, 24 hours a day.
A nurturing, welcoming environment
Wesley Woods’ memory care provides residents with a safe environment that includes familiar characteristics of home. Your family member will feel comfortable in their private, easy-to-navigate apartment. Creativity soars in the activities space while the enclosed courtyard with gardens brings tranquility.
Effective January 1, 2025, the Memory Support daily fee is $284
Included in your daily fee:
CARES® Dementia Trained Associates
CARES® Dementia Training focuses on person-centered care, the changes that happen to thinking skills as dementia progresses, how those changes impact behavior, and how to understand behavior as communication. Our clinical staff is certified within two weeks of being hired.
Engaging Events and Programming
At Wesley Woods, residents with memory loss enjoy a variety of events and programs designed to meet their unique needs. Our Way of Wellness approach encourages residents to explore new interests, connect with others, and continue to thrive with the support of our compassionate team.
Fairie Houses Bring Magic to Wesley Woods
A single Fairie House sparked a wave of creativity and connection. What began with one resident’s idea grew into a community-wide project bringing Independent Living and Memory Support residents together to craft whimsical houses for the garden.
